the Subject of This Public Procurement is Rehabilitation of a Section of the Municipal Road Var 1100 Starting From Road I-2 and Ending at the Beginning of the Urbanized Territory of the Village of Nevsha. a Building Permit No. 18 Dated 09.05.2024 Has Been Issued for the Site By the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Vetrino.
the Road Section is Part of the Municipal Road Var1100 /i-2, Novi Pazar-vetrino/-nevsha-nevsha Railway Station/ in the Section of the Republican Road I-2 to the Border of the Settlement - the Village of Nevsha. the Section is 5803 M Long, Excluding a Section of 220 M Falling Into the Hemus Motorway. Local Mileage Has Been Adopted - From Km 0+000 to Km 6+023 /on the Territory of the Municipality of Vetrino/.
the Main Objectives of the Project Implementation Are the Restoration and Improvement of the Transport and Operational Qualities of the Road Section, Which Includes:
• Improving the Technical Elements;
• Ensuring the Bearing Capacity and Evenness of the Pavement;
• Ensuring Good Drainage;
• Traffic Safety.
the Beginning of the Section is at Km 0+000 - Road I-2, and Its End is at Km 6+023, the Border of the Urbanized Territory of the Village of Nevsha.
the Road Can Be Divided Into the Following Homogeneous Sections:
• Section Outside the Settlement - From Km 0+000 to Km 5+580
• Section Outside the Settlement - From Km 5+800 to Km 6+023
according to Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letter “a” of the Zut, in Connection with Art. 6, Para. 1, Item 1 of Regulation No. 1 of July 30, 2003 on the Nomenclature of Types of Construction - the Construction is of the Third Category.
the Asphalt Pavement is in Poor Condition - Compromised and with Numerous Damages. All Types of Damages Are Observed - Holes, Patches, Cracks and Deformations on the Road Surface. the Upper Asphalt Layer is Worn Out, with An Expired Service Life. the Pavement is Limited By Leading Road Strips. the Shoulders Are Overgrown with Grass and Bushes. the Trenches Are Unlined and Heavily Silted.
