Tenders are invited for design and execution of "Timisoara - Moravita highway, section 2"
the subject of the contract is the design and execution of section 2 of the timisoara – moravita motorway, approximately 33.49 km long, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract. in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (1) of law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submitting offers. in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (2) of law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the contracting authority establishes a single deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows
