Tenders are invited for design and execution of "craiova - filiasi motorway and filiasi - targu jiu express road - lot 5"
the object of the contract is the design and execution of lot 5 of the craiova - filiasi highway, approximately 21.5 km long, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract. in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submission of offers. in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) from Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority establishes a single deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows
