Tenders are invited for modernization and management of energy infrastructure, ensuring the production, distribution and supply of heat for heating and cooling systems
The subject of the contract is the safe, reliable and economical operation of the system of thermal equipment for the production and distribution of heat leased to the successful bidder on the basis of the contract for the lease and operation of the system of thermal equipment for the production and distribution of heat for the purpose of supplying heat for heating and for the preparation of hot water for consumers in the defined territory of the municipality of Raca. The subject of the contract is also the reconstruction and modernization, i.e. ensuring investments in the system of thermal equipment with regard to the current technical condition of the system of thermal equipment for the production and distribution of heat. The subject of the contract also includes the lease of the system of thermal equipment for the production and distribution of heat as well as other leased objects owned and managed by the municipality of Raca, which are listed in Annex No. 4 of the tender documents, as well as in Annex No. 5 - distribution diagrams, which will be annexed to the contract. Furthermore, the subject of the contract is the operation of a system of thermal equipment for the production and distribution of heat, in order to ensure the production and distribution of heat for heating and for the preparation of hot water in the defined territory of the municipality of Raca, i.e. for consumers in the territory of the municipality of Raca. The renovation, modernization and reconstruction of the thermal and technical equipment (hereinafter referred to as "TTZ") will only concern the equipment under the management of the future operator. This concerns all boiler rooms, heat transfer stations, heat distribution systems for heating and hot water, including heat meters and objects of complex housing equipment - KBV, which are owned by the municipality of Raca. In addition to the technological equipment itself, the construction part will also be reconstructed, to the necessary extent - construction objects of stand-alone boiler rooms and within the framework of technologies - the electrical part, control and information system and measurement and regulation, of all affected technological equipment.
