Request for Expression of Interest: Recruitment of a Firm to Conduct the Reference Study
The selection criteria are as follows:
Minimum 5 years of experience in carrying out socio-economic and agri-food studies, particularly in areas related to agricultural development and climate resilience;
Experience in carrying out baseline studies, monitoring and evaluation, or sectoral diagnostics in projects financed by international institutions (e.g. IFAD, World Bank, etc.), with a minimum of 3 references;
Have proven expertise in agroeconomics and rural development, with a demonstrated ability to analyze agrifood sectors, value chains and local dynamics, while taking into account the climatic, socio-economic and territorial specificities of the regions of Djibouti (Djibouti, Arta, Tadjourah, Obock, Dikhil, Ali-Sabieh).
Ability to develop performance indicators for agricultural development projects and to develop monitoring and evaluation tools;
Experience in analyzing collected data, writing technical reports, and formulating strategic recommendations.
