Tenders are invited for Medical Consumable DNS
The subject of partial contracts within the DNS will be the supply of medical consumables. Medical consumables are the product used alone or in combination for diagnostic, preventive, monitoring purposes or treatment purposes, to alleviate the disease or to compensate for injury, disability. The subject of partial contracts within the DNS is commonly available on the market and, in particular, in the range of groups 331, 184, 182, 337 listed in the common procurement dictionary (CPV). The contracting authority will also use another specific CPV code from the above groups or other groups according to the CPV to include goods. It will also be the provision of related services, such as. Delivery of goods to the place of delivery (CPV 60000000-8). The contracting authority may also require documents pursuant to § 42 par. 10 of the Act, which will be used as evidence that the goods correspond to the designated description of the subject of the contract. In connection with this, the contracting authority may require the applicants to submit samples of the goods offered, or the technical specification of the presented sample, with its detailed technical description, parameters and other related documents. In this case, information on the requirements, documents and conditions of the submission of samples will be stated in the call for tenders. A more detailed specification of the description of the subject (partial) contracts will be determined in individual calls for submitting tenders in the partial DNS contracts.
