Operation of Sinter Machine 1, 2 & 3, Inspection of Drum Feeder, Balling Drum, Load Cell Receiving and Discharge Chute, Apron Conveyor, Src and M/c Discharge, Shuttle Conveyor 1, Conveyors 1a & Spillage Chute, Monitoring of Hearth Temperature, Gas and Air Pressure and Ratio, Btp & Main Collector Temperature, Sinter Machine Operating Parameters to Be Continuously Monitored for Quality Production, Logging of Important Parameters in the Logbook, Cleaning of Balling Drum 1 & 2 Receiving Chute & Discharge Chute, Blanking & De-blanking of Machine Gas and Co Gas Line During Shutdowns, Capital Repair Or as & When Required as Per Sop, Operation of Hearth Blower, Main Drive Blowers & Booster Pumps, Cleaning of Shuttle 2 Hanging Hopper, Adjustment of Green Mix Loading at Drum Feeder Level.
