RFQ: Purchase of neurology and ophthalmology surgical microscopes The Health Services Authority (HSA) seeks proposals from qualified suppliers for the supply, installation, and commissioning of two (2) state-of-the-art surgical microscopes as defined in Appendix D. One microscope is required for ophthalmic surgeries, and the other is intended for neurosurgical procedures.
