RFQ: As and when mep design consultancy services 2025 We invite your company to submit a non-binding quotations for PWD-Q2025-017 – As and When MEP Design Engineer Consultancy Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
As and when MEP Design Engineer consultants are sought to prepare MEP and civil design documentation (Schematic Design, Design Development and Contract Documentation) for the Cayman Islands Government Public Works Department. MEP Design Engineer consultants are required to be familiar with the Cayman Islands construction practices, Building Code and statutory requirements. MEP Engineer consultants are required to have their own software and hardware that is compatible with AutoCAD V2021 or earlier.
The MEP Design Engineer consultants will be expected to play the standard role of coordinating with the PWD Architect/Engineer team, in the MEP design engineering of common local construction types of MEP solutions using standard local materials and methods.
The PWD Building projects will vary in size and complexity and have a value range of between CI$50,000 to $2 Mil; and for the most part shall be engineered of common local construction types of MEP solutions using standard local materials and methods. Close Date:Apr 10th 2025, 12:00 PM EST
