General procurement notice for improving Quality of Oncology Service and Construction of Cancer Treatment Centers
The project will include the following components.
Construction of 150 beds Oncology Hospital in Turkmenabat city and 150 beds Oncology hospital in Balkanabat city to be proceeded through the open International Competitive Bidding (ICB) following pre-qualification.
Project Management Supervision Consultancy Services to be proceeded through Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) with shortlisting among international consultancy firms.
Financial Audit to be proceeded through the Least-Cost Selection (LCS) with shortlisting among the local financial auditing firms.
Capacity development to be proceeded through the Single Source Selection (SSS).
Construction of 200 beds Oncology Hospital in Mary to be proceeded through the open International Competitive Bidding (ICB) following pre-qualification and to be financed by Saudi Fund for Development.
