Request for Expression of Interest: Project Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
The Development Objectives of the Project are to (i) improve preparedness capacities of health systems for public health emergencies in the OECS region, and (ii) provide a response in the event of eligible crises or emergencies. The Project consists of four components as follows:
Improved Health Facilities and Laboratory Capacity
Strengthening Public Health Surveillance and Emergency Management
Institutional Capacity Building, Project Management and Coordination
Contingency Emergency Response Component (CERC)

To monitor the project implementation and assess the performance of the project based on indicators described in the project Results Framework detailed in the PAD. As a core member of the project team, the M&E Officer will collect, analyze, and manage data from various sources, as appropriate and a mandated to track project implementation.
