Tenders are invited for DES-IC - National Consultant for Mid-Term Review
Assignment Description: National Consultant for UNDP-GEF Mid-Term Review (MTR) for the Paramos para la Vida PIMS project . 6296 .
Professional degree in environmental, agricultural, social, natural and human sciences areas .
Specialization degree in areas related to conservation and sustainable use, natural resource management , rural development, environmental economics.
Specific Experience ( Only experience from the date of graduation will be taken into account. Overlaps for the same experience are not accepted. ): Specific experience of 8 years in projects related to the following topics: Sustainable production systems , Sustainable use of biodiversity, sustainable forest management, climate change management.
At least 4 years' experience in formulation, management, coordination of rural development projects or conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity.
Participation in at least 1 GEF or international cooperation project
Experience in evaluating international cooperation projects.
Language: Spoken and written Spanish
