Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a consultant to support the development of guidelines
Mission Objective:
1.1. General objective
The general objective of the consultation is to support the judicial inspections of the High Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) and the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) in the development of anti-corruption guidelines that could serve as a basis for the future drafting of a Code of Judicial Ethics and Conduct in the fight against corruption.
1.2. Specific objectives
Under the authority of the UNDP Resident Representative in Haiti and under the direct supervision of the Head of the Governance Unit, the consultant will have to accomplish the following tasks: ? Propose anti-corruption guidelines for the Judiciary; ? Formulate recommendations regarding the adoption and implementation of anti-corruption guidelines; 3 ? Produce general recommendations regarding the drafting in the future of a Code of Conduct and Judicial Ethics in the fight against corruption.
