Tenders Are Invited for The municipalities of Aalsmeer and Amstelveen intend to conclude as many framework agreements as possible with contractors with regard to the realisation of Wmo-Hulp in the household in both municipalities. In order to realise this, the contracting authority is carrying out a European public procedure for Social and Other Specific Services as described in the Public Procurement Act 2012, last amended in July 2016. This tender has an open house character. Every tenderer who meets the conditions set, the selection requirements and unconditionally agrees to the requirements as described in the Programme of Requirements in Appendix 1 is eligible for award and, after a positive verification, for a framework agreement with the contracting authority. In 2024, approximately 730 Aalsmeer Clients received HbH and approximately 16 Clients received HbH+. In 2024, approximately 2150 Amstelveen Clients received HbH and approximately 45 Clients received HbH+. The volume will amount to approximately 13,000,000 per year for both municipalities.
