Tenders Are Invited for Case and Archive System
The scope of this assignment includes: • Selecting, implementing and commissioning a new case and/or archive system; • Describing and developing an information architecture, suitable for a hybrid case environment and a generic archive solution; • Supporting case-oriented work and archiving within and outside professional applications; • Integrating with existing infrastructure and information systems within the municipality of Heemskerk (including MS365, e-depot, case-specific applications). • Explicit attention is paid to adoption, training and support, so that the organization can use the new system in a sustainable manner. The design and implementation are based on a phased approach with an emphasis on support, reuse of existing solutions where possible, and the prevention of unnecessary customization. The impact analysis points to points of attention such as: • Clear definition of case-oriented work within the municipal context; • Good support for information management; • Involvement of users in a workable manner; • Need for rationalization of the application landscape.
