Tenders are invited for Constitution of a mixed economy company with a single operation (SEMOP) with award of a public service delegation relating to the renovation and exploitation of the astroballe
The purpose of the concession contract is to entrust to the SEMOP made between the city of Villeurbanne and one or more economic operators the realization of the renovation project, the management and exploitation of the Astroballe, located 44 avenue Marcel Cerdan, 69100 Villeurbanne. More specifically, the concealer entrusts the following missions to the concessionaire
