Tenders are invited for Works and services for the installation of photovoltaic plates in the covers of several buildings, photovoltaic marques, photovoltaic fields and electrical storage systems on the Campus of the University of Les Illes Balears, including the maintenance of the facilities, within the Piteib, within the framework of the PRTR, financed by the European Union (NextGeneu).
Mixed service and work for the installation of photovoltaic plates for self -consumption on the cover of six buildings, photovoltaic marques in four parking lots and a pedestrian area, photovoltaic fields in three anthropized areas of the campus, battery storage system (kiss) in two locations of the campus, storage system (slb) in low voltage in two buildings of the university of connection of the facilities in the private medium voltage network of the Campus, within the “Investment Plan for the Energy Transition of the Balearic Islands” (Piteib), within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Union (NextGeneu). as well as the maintenance service of the photovoltaic facilities in the soil, marques and storage systems by batteries (kiss) of the UIB campus for a period of 5 years from the reception and commissioning of the facilities, financed by funds of the University of Les Illes Balears. It should be noted that the object of this contract was already tendered by file 49/24, but it resisting its withdrawal for this contracting body, as a consequence of Resolution No. 753/2025 of the Central Administrative Court of Contractual Resources, by virtue of which the aforementioned tender procedure is agreed to annul. Given the possibility, contemplated in article 152.4 of the LCSP, to immediately initiate a new tender procedure that falls on the same object, this new contracting file has been agreed to carry out the purpose of achieving the aforementioned objectives.
