Lbrdc iaeb davaodelnorte 2025-m010 invitation to apply for eligibility and to bid the lbp resources development corporation, through its committee on bids and awards cba, invites all manufacturer, suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the following project: name of project contract duration/funding approved budget for the contract lbp davao del norte corporate center building construction - supply and delivery of steel cabinets and open shelves 45 cd, lbrdc fund p 3,168,000.00 the schedule of activities is as follows: activities date/time venue 1. receipt from prospective bidders of letter of intent loiand issuance of eligibility documents/bidding documents june 16, 2025 - 23, 2025 @ 8:00-4:00 pm via e-mail - purchasing@lbpresources.com 2. pre-bidding conference june 24, 2025 @ 1:30 pm via zoom conference 3. submission of bid documents on or before july 08, 2025 @ 1:30 pm lbp plaza @ 24th floor 4. opening of bids july 08, 2025 @ 1:30 pm lbp plaza conference room / via zoom conference prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar transaction within the last 2 two years with an amount of at least 50% of the approved project budget for bidding, and have key personnel and equipment owned, leased or under purchase available for the execution of the said transaction. the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use the non-discretionary pass/fail criteria. post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. all particulars relative to eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conferences, evaluation of bids, post-qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of r.a. 9184 and its implementing rules and regulation irr. lbrdc will issue to prospective bidders the eligibility forms and bidding documents at lbp resources and development corporation lbrdc offices at the 24/f land bank plaza, 1598 m.h. del pilar cor. dr. j. quintos sts., malate, manila upon their submission of the letter of intent loi, presentation of the original copy of their business license, and upon payment of non-refundable fee of php1,584.00 lbrdc reserves the right to change the approved budget for the contract abc, date of issuance of bid documents, pre-bid conference, submission and opening of bids. lbrdc likewise reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof, waive any defect or formality, or accept such bid or award any part thereof to any party whose bid is evaluated to be most advantageous to lbrdc. furthermore, lbrdc is not obliged to compensate/indemnify the contractor for any expense or loss that the contractor may incur in the preparation of their bids, nor does it guarantee that an award of contract will be made. download full bidding documents here: https://lbpresources-my.sharepoint.com/:u:/p/purchasing/exg4klw8z5fpjmz8jnurryubohabsxxvufn6d7hxbt7gsw?e=iecfw0 for further details, please call jan nikko d. dela cruz at 028405-71-69 engr. jobert b. barce chairman-committee on bids and awards
