Tenders Are Invited for Parking Chain Services
With this tender, the municipality of Gooise Meren aims for an efficient, user-friendly and sustainable parking chain that meets the needs of residents, entrepreneurs and visitors. This is achieved by modernising and digitalising the parking chain, whereby operational tasks are outsourced to a single market party. The total contract value for the operational parking services amounts to €3,760,000 excluding VAT over the entire term of the contract. This contract includes the following components, for which an annual indication has been issued based on municipal data: • Permits • Control room and remote monitoring • Management and maintenance of parking garages • Management and maintenance of parking meters on the street • Enforcement • Additional assessment and collection • Objection and appeal • Reporting and administration • Communication and information provision • Organisation, personnel and coordination • Quality assurance and KPIs • Implementation
