Invitation to Bid ITB :Supply, delivery and installation of cubicle with built-in drawer and shelve
Republic of the philippines region iv - mimaropa provincial government of occidental mindoro mamburao, occidental mindoro invitation to re-bid supply, delivery and installation of cubicle with built-in drawer and shelve 1. the provincial government of occidental mindoro pgom, through the fy 2025 general fund, intends to apply the sum of one million four thousand eight hundred pesos only p1,004,800.00 being the approved budget of contract abc to payments under the contract for supply, delivery and installation of cubicle with built-in drawer and shelve ref. no. 158-2025. the period for the performance of the obligations under the contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the project. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. the pgom now invites bids for the above-entitled procurement project. delivery of the goods is required as specified in section vi schedule of requirements of bidding documents. bidders should have completed within three 3 years before the date of opening of bids a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii instruction to bidders. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations irr of republic act no. 9184. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to filipino citizens, pursuant to ra no. 5183. 4. prospective bidders may obtain further information from the pgom bids and awards committee bac secretariat through the contact details given below and inspect the bidding documents as posted on the websites of the pgom and the philippine government electronic procurement system philgeps. 5. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders from the given address below and upon payment of a fee in the amount of five thousand pesos p5,000.00. the procuring entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees which will be presented in person, by facsimile, or through electronic means. 6. the pgom-bac will hold a pre-bid conference on june 26, 2025, 9:00 a.m., at the bac conference room, ground floor, main building, capitol compound, mamburao, occidental mindoro which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7. bids must be duly received by the bac secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before july 8, 2025, 8:00 a.m. late bids shall not be accepted. 8. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in instruction to bidders clause 14. 9. bid opening shall be on july 8, 2025, 9:00 a.m., at the given address below. bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend the activity. authorized attendees, including representatives of bidders, who are physically present at the bac conference room, ground floor, main building, capitol compound, mamburao, occidental mindoro shall likewise join the meeting. 10. items as specified in section vii technical specifications are to be delivered to mamburao, occidental mindoro within 30 calendar days after the issuance of notice to proceed ntp. 11. the pgom reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised irr of ra no. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 12. for further information, please refer to: bids and awards committee secretariat provincial capitol building mamburao, occidental mindoro contact no.: 0967-055-4226 email address: bacpgom19@gmail.com date of preparation: june 18, 2025 mario d. mulingbayan, jr. chairman, pgom bac philgeps posting ref. no.:
