Tenders Are Invited for Telephony and Internet Connections
The Client initiates this Tender with the aim of: Lot 1 – Telephony To conclude a single framework agreement for the duration of 15 October 2025 to 1 January 2029 and three optional extensions of 12 months for the delivery of telecommunications services and facilities, the implementation of the services and facilities, the provision of technical management and maintenance on the basis of a Service Level Agreement. The actual subscriptions will be taken from 1 January 2026. Lot 2 – Internet connections To conclude a single framework agreement for the duration of 15 October 2025 to 1 January 2029 and three optional extensions of 12 months for the delivery of Internet connections and facilities, the implementation of the services and facilities at the Client's fixed locations. The actual subscriptions will be taken from 1 January 2026. For the numbers, see the Request for Quotation. Lot 1 – Telephony The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is €225,000 excl. VAT per year. The maximum value of this Framework Agreement is €1,600,000 excl. VAT. This is based on the total term of the Framework Agreement including extensions and an additional margin for unforeseen circumstances. Lot 2 – Internet connections The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is €80,000 excl. VAT per year. The maximum value for the Framework Agreement is €600,000 excl. VAT. This is based on the total term of the Framework Agreement including extensions and an additional margin for unforeseen circumstances.
