Tenders Are Invited for Individual Consultant for the Development and Validation of the Administrative, Financial and Accounting Management Manual
the Government of the Republic of Burundi Has Received Funding From the African Development Fund (fad) to Cover the Cost of the Burundi-rwanda Integrated Development Project (bridep) and Intends to Use Part of the Sums Granted for This Donation to Finance the Contract of An Individual Consultant for the Development and Validation of the Administrative, Financial and Accounting Management Manual.
the Services Provided for This Contract Include:
analyze Project Reference Documents (financing Agreements, Project Documents, Donor Regulations and Procedures, Etc.);
collect and Integrate the Practices and Procedures in Force in Similar Projects Funded By Development Partners;
define the Principles and Procedures for Administrative, Financial and Accounting Management in Accordance with Donor Standards and National Rules;
write a Clear and Operational Manual Integrating the Aspects of Budget Management, Accounting, Markets, Human Resources Management and Internal and External Audit;
train Project Teams on the Use of the Manual.
