Tenders Are Invited for Hot Drinks Facility
The municipality of Midden-Drenthe wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one contractor who may provide deliveries of good quality at market-conform prices and conditions. The assignment involves the loan of 18 coffee machines for the provision of hot drinks and the associated technical service, ingredients and consumables. This number may fluctuate during the contract period. Service is understood to mean: service, maintenance, malfunctions, delivery and possibly advice. The daily maintenance, including the refilling and ordering of ingredients and peripherals and the cleaning of the machines (inside and outside and one meter around the machines) is carried out in-house. The exact scope of the assignment is described in Appendix 1 of the Programme of Requirements and Price Sheet. It involves the loan of 18 machines. The expected purchase is 189,500 coffee products per year (excluding hot and cold water).
