Tenders Are Invited for 32397 | Replacement of floating infrastructure between jetties 1 and 2 Fort Harssens in Den Helder
At the Defence location Fort Harssens 09D04 there is a marina located between jetties 1 and 2, this marina was constructed in 1998 and its main users are the KMJC, the Port Authority of the CZSK and the KNRM. The current floating infrastructure between jetties 1 and 2 is dated with its construction in 1998 and its technical lifespan has expired. In recent years, the costs for (regular) maintenance of the (wooden) jetties and (steel) tubular piles have increased significantly. Cost-efficient management is therefore no longer possible. In addition, the electrical and mechanical installations on the jetties no longer meet current standards. At the end of 2022, Defence decided to replace the floating infrastructure and commissioned the Central Government Real Estate Agency to realise new construction. For this registration phase of the tender, the VO has been included, including the essential matters in parts I and III of the RAW specifications. The implementation drawings and the full specifications will be published at the start of the registration phase. The scope of the assignment consists in broad terms of: - Removal/replacement of cables and pipes - Removal/replacement of floating jetties - Removal/replacement of steel tubular piles - Dredging
