Tenders are invited for Social Free Card 2.0.
In 2018, the Danish Parliament passed the Law on Trials of Social Chart, which came into force on January 1, 2019, after which vulnerable citizens may be visited for a social exemption card. Social free card has now been made permanent, cf. The purpose of the law is that citizens with special social problems have the right to receive a social exemption card. The exemption card must allow vulnerable citizens to earn DKK 41,280 tax -free per year. calendar year (2024 level) in ordinary and unsupported work for companies, public authorities, etc., without the income deducting from benefits or other income-dependent public benefits. The social exemption card must thus provide the most vulnerable citizens of society in society to participate in the communities of society, contribute and experience value in everyday life. The intention is also that the social exemption card encourages businesses to take social responsibility by engaging vulnerable citizens. KOMBIT, in accordance with the law, is responsible for running the system support on behalf of the municipalities. KOMBIT therefore offers the permanent management of the system social exemption for 6 + 2 years. It has been agreed between the parties (the Ministry of Social Affairs, KL and KOMBIT) that the current solution that supports the experimental scheme is made permanently with limited planned further development. KOMBIT therefore offers the management of the system, including application operations, support and application maintenance, further development and infrastructure operation as well as transition from the current supplier, KnowledgeCube that has managed the trial scheme.
