Invitation to Bid ITB :Invitation to bid for supply and delivery of mechanical total station- split-ref-036-b
1. the government of the philippines gop has received a loan from the world bank toward the cost of support to parcellation of lands for individual titling split project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for the supply and delivery of mechanical total station as follows: item no. description of goods quantity estimated project cost epc 1 mechanical total station 61 units php 82,350,000.00 total 61 units php 82,350,000.00 2. the department of agrarian reform now invites bids for supply and delivery of mechanical total station. delivery of the goods is required within sixty 60 calendar days upon receipt of the notice to proceed. bidders should have completed, within five 5 years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in sub-section 5, section ii. instructions to bidders and the corresponding world bank, bid data sheet. 3. bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedures for open competitive bidding as specified in the world bank procurement regulations, with some amendments, as stated in these bidding documents and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the applicable procurement regulations of the world bank. the contract shall be awarded to the lowest calculated responsive bidder lcrb who was determined as such during post-qualification. the estimated project cost epc is php 82,350,000.00 inclusive of all applicable taxes. 4. interested bidders may obtain further information from atty. shiela mae gerapusco, bac secretariat, procurement division, dar compound elliptical road, diliman, quezon city, philippines and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. 5. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on june 26, 2025 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, in the amount of php1,500.00. it may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system philgeps and www.dar.gov.ph provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6. the department of agrarian reform dar will hold a pre-bid conference at dar-ministers conference room, elliptical road, diliman, quezon city on july 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. through face-to-face meeting, which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7. bids must be duly received by the bac secretariat at the address below on or before july 15, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.. all bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration in the form prescribed under section viii bidding forms. bid opening shall be on july 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at dar-ministers conference room, elliptical road, diliman, quezon city. bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below. late bids shall not be accepted. 8. the department of agrarian reform dar reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, in accordance with section 41 of ra 9184 and its irr, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 9. for further information, please refer to: atty. shiela mae gerapusco chairperson bac secretariat, department of agrarian reform dar procurement division g/f dar main bldg. dar compound elliptical road, diliman, quezon city, philippines telephone numbers: 8928-1011 or mobile no.: 0966-781-2052 email address: procurementdivision.darco2013@gmail.com dar.bacsecretariat.b@dar.gov.ph website: www.dar.gov.ph atty. quintin o. magsico, jr. assistant secretary, finance, information and procurement management office chairperson, bids & awards committee
