Tenders Are Invited for Tender Youth Assistance Zeeland
This Procurement Document provides further information on the Assignment and Tender published by the Contracting Authority. The Assignment is issued by the Client, who jointly purchase (specialist) youth care in accordance with the Youth Act and support services for local access via the Contracting Authority. In anticipation of a procurement process aimed at translating the Reform Agenda and Regional Vision into agreements from 2028 onwards, it has been decided to conclude short-term framework agreements for the years 2026 and 2027. The Tender is divided into various Lots. The total estimated size over the entire term (incl. extensions/max 4 years) is: € 683,724,819.00 The table below shows the estimated size per Lot over the entire term: Lot Estimated order value Lot 1 € 41,965,323 Lot 2 € 594,883,325 Lot 3 € 8,900,441 Lot 4 € 8,413,706 Lot 5 € 6,972,364 Lot 6 € 14,013,852 Lot 7 € 8,575,806 The Order Value does not concern a guaranteed turnover, but is an indication from which no rights can be derived. This Purchasing Document was drawn up on the basis of current knowledge and insights, including historical data and developments that are already visible at this time. The Assignment Value of the Framework Agreement to be concluded is maximized at a total amount of € 752,698,111.00 excluding VAT. If the Assignment Value of the Framework Agreement exceeds the maximum amount during the term, the Framework Agreement will be terminated.
