the Government of the Republic of Djibouti Has Received a Donation From the African Development Fund (fad) to Cover the Cost of the Youth Entrepreneurship Project for Adaptation to Climate Change (pejacc), and Intends to Use a Part of the Resources Granted for This Donation to Finance the Contract of An Individual Consultant Responsible for the Development of Performance Contracts for the Project Execution Cell (cep).
