Tenders Are Invited for Consultancy Services for the Annual Environmental and Social Performance Audit
the Overall Objective of the Annual Environmental and Social Performance Audit is to Assess the Level of Compliance of the Project with the Applicable Environmental and Social (e&s) Requirements. the Audit Will Focus Specifically on Assessing the Extent of Compliance with the Financing Agreement Provisions, National Legislation, Regulations and Procedures and the Bank’s Safeguards Policies and Standards Requirements Specifically; the Audit Will Assess and Review the Performance of the Project in the Implementation of Its Environmental and Social Obligations and Requirements as Outlined in the Environmental and Social Management Plan (esmp). the Audit Will Identify Good Practices, Non-compliances and Deficiencies, and the Direct and Root-causes of Such Non-performance and Recommend Corrective Actions. It Shall Be An Independent Evaluation of Both the Borrower/client and the Bank Performances Through the Overall Project E&s Performance.
