the Republic of Chad Received From the African Development Bank of Funding (donation) with a View to Financing the Productivity Support Project and Competitiveness of Meat and Milk Value Chains in Chad (papacv-vl). the Project Execution Unit Intends to Use Part of This Fund to Make Payments for the Market for the Acquisition of Solar Refrigerators: "for This Market, the Borrower Will Make Payments By Using the Direct Payment Method, as Defined in the Bank Guidelines Applicable to Disbursements Within the Framework of Funding of Investment Projects"
