REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT PROJECT MANAGER
FOR RWANDA CAPITAL MARKET DEVELOPMENT (R-CAMD) PROJECT
The Government of the Republic of Rwanda through the Ministry of Finance and Economic
Planning has received funds from the African Development Fund (ADF) to finance the Rwanda
Capital Market Development (R-CAMD) Project. Part of these funds is intended to cover eligible
payments for the recruitment of a Project Manager (Individual Consultant) to provide technical
assistance in the management of project activities and capacity building to counterparts involved
in the project.
The objective of th
the Objective of the Consultancy Services is to Coordinate, Oversee, and Support the Implementation of the R-camd Project. the Project Manager Will Be Responsible for the Planning, Execution, and Monitoring of Project Activities, Ensuring That Project Goals Are Met Within the Defined Timeframe, Budget, and Quality Standards. He/she Will Facilitate Effective Communication with Stakeholders, Manage Resources, and Ensure That All Procurement and Financial Activities Are Aligned with Afdb and Government of Rwanda Procedures. He/she Will Also Be Responsible for Reporting, Stakeholder Engagement, and Ensuring Proper Knowledge Transfer to Ensure Sustainability of the Project. the Consultant Will Report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Capital Market Authority (cma).
