The Government of Saint Lucia invites qualified consultants to submit their technical and financial
proposals for the provision of consulting services related to the Design and Tender Dossier,
Review, Modification, and Supervision of the George Odlum Stadium Rehabilitation Project.
Objectives of the Assignment
• Develop and implement a comprehensive design that maximises the utilisation of the
facility and aligns with regional sporting standards, including facilities for track and field,
football, and other sports.
• Integrate sustainable and resilient construction practices that will withstand natural
disasters such as hurricanes, ensuring the longevity of the facility.
• Obtain all necessary regulatory approvals from the Development Control Authority (DCA)
and other relevant bodies prior to construction.
• Ensure the stadium is equipped with modern facilities, such as improved seating, lighting,
locker rooms, and accessibility features, including provisions for persons with disabilities etc.
