Construction of Hostel Block (G plus 4), Academic Research Block (G plus 2) with Food Court, Utility and Common Services at Thaiyur B village for IIT Madras Discovery Campus.
Miscellaneous works comprising construction of masonry storm water drains with FRP covers, aluminium louvers and glazing works, stainless steel works, ceramic tile cladding, epoxy coating in sump, external water supply lines including control valves to the water supply network, uPVC joineries, rolling shutters, water fountain wall finishing including logo and other associated works.
