Expression of interest for Recruitment of An Organization and Evaluation Specialist, and Implement An Edg Internal Control System
The Government of the Republic of Guinea has received financing from the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) to cover part of the cost of the Guinea Electricity Access Improvement Project (PAAEG) and intends to use part of the funds granted under this fund to finance the contract for the recruitment of a specialist in organization and evaluation, and implementation of EDG's internal control system. 2. The main objective of this mission is to assess and strengthen the capacity of EDG's internal audit department to enable it to effectively fulfill its independent oversight and evaluation role. This mission aims to align its practices with international standards (IIA, COSO, etc.), improve its risk-based audit capabilities, and strengthen its contribution to EDG's governance and overall performance.
