Youth work is an accessible and freely available service with a preventative and early detection function in the relevant field within the Social Basis of the municipality of Woerden. The youth work focuses on outpatient youth work, youth coaching, school youth work, girls' work, information, advice, and talent development (Talent Houses) on location where activities are organized for young people. They focus on strengthening young people's personal and social development. The youth workers play a key role by offering accessible support, activating them, and connecting them with their community. In doing so, they connect with the lives of young people, both on the street, in the school environment, and online. The Assignment concerns an Agreement with an initial term of January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2029, with a unilateral option for the Client to extend for four (4) one (1) year periods.
