Invitation to Bid study on Regulatory Frameworks Most Conducive to Postal Financial and Digital Diversification
this Call for Tenders Concerns the Provision of Consultancy Services to the Upu for the Conduct of a Study Tentatively Entitled “study on Regulatory Frameworks Most Conducive to Postal Financial and Digital Diversifica-tion” (hereinafter Referred to as the “study”). the Aims of the Study Are Three-fold:
– Enhance Understanding of Regulatory Provisions That Enable Designated Operators to Develop Efficient Payment and Financial Products and Services, Including Digital Financial Services;
– Identify Designated Operators in Developing and Least Developed Countries That Have Successfully Intro-duced Advanced Financial and Digital Financial Services;
– Demonstrate to Governments and Stakeholders How Appropriate Financial and Digital Regulatory Frame-works Enable the Development of Efficient and Diversified Financial Services Through the Postal Network.
