Construction of Student Hostel-Type A, B, C, Married Hostel, Connecting Corridor Hostels, Student Mess, Student Activity Center, Virtual Learning Center, Director Residence, Professor Residence-Type VI, Associate Professor Residence -Type V & Assistant Professor Residence Type IV Special, Staff Residence Type-1 to 4 (1, 2, 3 & 4), Community Center, Class Room Complex- 01 & 02, Faculty Building, MDP Class Room Complex, Library cum Computer Center, Auditorium and Incubation Center, Administrative Block, Guest House & MDP Accommodation, Meditation Center, ESS-1, 2 & 3, AC Plant Room, Bus Stop & Gate Way Complex i/c all Internal and External Civil, MEP, Hard Landscape, irrigation work etc.
Defect removal/ balance work in 15 nos. Hostel blocks of IIM Sirmaur at Dhaula Kuan, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh on rist and cost to be recoverable from M/s Kamlaadittya Construction Pvt. Ltd. against agreement No.-02 / EE&SM(C) Sirmour-1 / 2020-21.
