the Government of the Central African Republic, Through the Ministry of Equipment and Public Works Has Received Funding From the African Development Bank (bad) Below Called the Bank to Finance the Development Project for the Multimodal Transport Corridor Pointe-noire-brazzaville-bangui-n’djamena-phase1 and Intends to Use Part of This Donation to Make Payments Gouga-bossararangba Road Section (30 Km) Including the 380 Ml Bridge on the Lobaye and 6.71 Km of Roads in Mongoumba. for This Market, the Borrower Will Carry Out Payments By Using the Method of Disbursement By Direct Payment, as Defined in the Bank Directives Applicable to Disbursements Within the Framework of Funding of Investment Projects.
