WBPHED/AE/BSSD/NIeT_02/25-26_8, Repairing, Renovation and Painting of Over Head Reservoir, Boundary Wall and Construction of Pump House under Improvement of Rasa Piped Water Supply Scheme under Birbhum Sadar Sub-Division, P.H.E Dte. within Birbhum Division, P.H.E. Dte.(Sl. No. 8), M.S. or W.I. ornamental grill of approved design,joints continuously welded with M.S. WI flats and bats for winding,drilling etc.fitted & fixed with necessary screw and lugs in ground floor. a)Grill weighing above 10 Kg/Sqm upto 16 Kg/Sqm(in Kg), Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size excluding shuttering) a) 136 proportion in ground floor & foundation. (A)Pakur variety, Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 124) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety, (a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc, Extra for staging beyond 4M [Mode of measurement area of unsupported horizontal projection (Where staging beyond 4M is practically unavoidable) x( Mean height of staging) above intitial 4 m, Supplying,fitting and fixing approved patent vent cowl I.C.I. conforming to I.S.S and painting two coats to the exposed surface with approved paint complete.(Payment of painting will however be paid seperately).- 100 mm dia, Supplying, fitting and fixing M.S. clamps for door and window frame made of flat bent bar, end bifurcated with necessary screws etc. by cement concrete(124) as per direction. (Cost of concrete will be paid separately) (a) 40mm X 6mm, 250mm Length, Iron butt hinges of approved quality fitted and fixed with steel screws, with ISI mark. ?a) 75 mm x 60 mm x 3.15 mm, Iron door ring of approved quality fitted and fixed with nut and washer complete. A) 50 mm dia, Supplying , fitting and fixing 30 mm. thick both side prelaminated factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of outer frame made out of MS tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size 19 mm. x 19 mm. for styles, top and bottom rails, MS frame shalll have cost of steelprimers of approved make and manufacture, M.S frame cover with 5 mm. thick head moulded PVC " C" channel of size 30 mm. thick 70mm. width out of which 50 mm. shall beflat and 20mm. shall be tapered in 45 degree angle of either side forming styles, and 5mm thick 95 mm. wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm. shall be flat and 20 mm. tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top & bottom rail and 115mm.wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm. shall be flat and 20 mm. shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top bottom and lock rails shall be provided either side of the panel with 10mm. ( 5mm. x 2 mm. ) thick , 20 mm. wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and botttom rail sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame weled / sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm. ( 5mm. + 2 mm. ) thick x 15 mm. wide PVC sheet beading on inner side and joint together with solvent cement adhesive . An additional 5 mm. thick PVC strip of 20 mm. which is to be stuck on the interior side of the "C" channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. com excluding all necessary hardwire as per direction of the E.I.C in ground floor, Supplying,fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground.(payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials.No separate payment will be made for accessories,specials,payment for painting will be made separately) a)15 mm dia medium quality, Supplying, fitting and fixing bevelled edged mirror 5.5 mm thick silver red as per I.S. 3438 / 1965 together with brass C.P. hinges. (i) 450 mm X 300 mm, Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] i) With 1 4 Cement morter (a) 20 mm thick plaster, b) 100 mm x 75 mm x 3.50 mm, Supplying 'Godrej' mortice lock chromium plated with latch and keys 4 levers,including fitting & fixing complete, Panel shutter for door and window as per design (Each panel consisting of single plank without joint)including fitting & fixing the same in position but excluding the cost of hinge and other fitting in Ground Floor(In case of non supply of single plank,penal rate of reduction of 20% will be made) 40 mm thick shutters with 19 mm thick pane of size 30 to 45 cm. sishu/Gamar/Champ/Badam/Bhola/Mogra/Hallak, Repairing & Renovation of Over Head Reservior and Boundary Wall Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed, Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm. Including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. A) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation, Constructing inspection pit of inside measurement 600 mm x 600 mm x upto 600 mm (depth)with 250 mm thick 1st class brick work in cement mortar (14)on all sides ,bottom of the pit consisting of 100 mm thick cement concrete(136)with stone chips over a layer of jhama brick flat soling,15 mm thick (14)cement plaster to inside walls and outside walls upto GL and 20 mm thick (14)plaster to bottom of the pit,providing necessary invert with cement concrete (136)with stone chips as per direction,neat cement finishing to entire internal surfaces,top of the pit covered with 100 mm thick RCC slab (11.53)with stone chips and necessary reinforcements upto 1% and shuttering including 6 mm thick cement plaster(14) in all external surfaces of the slab and one 560 mm dia RCC manhole cover of approved make supplied,fitted and fixed in the slab with necessary fittings,necessary earth work in excavation in all sorts of soil,filling sides of the pit with earth and removing spoils after work complete in all respects with all costs of labour and materials. -with pakur variety. (JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB/BMASL/ELECTROSTEEL/SSL), Saucer drain upto 150 mm. width in floor and upto 75 mm. Depth including cement plaster (13) and neat cement finishing.
