Make - Mafron, S&F in replacement copper pipe of dia 1/4 inch fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed, Servicing of window type AC/ split type AC of capacity 1.5/2 ton of any make at site with complete washing/ removing of dust from blower fan and necessary oiling the blower motor complete all as specified and directed, S&F in replacement of PCB circuit for INVERTER AC hot and cold for split type AC of capacity upto 2 Ton of existing makes of AC complete all as specified and directed, S&F in replacement Front grill of window AC, capacity 1.5/2 ton suitable for make LG/ Carrier/ Sidwal/ Whirlpool as per existing fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed, M&L in replacement for providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of Paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over aluminium cladding and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh incl fillets, metal frame work complete all as specified and directed, Removing the air vent of AC duct by unscrewing the nuts, cleaning the duct of size upto 600x600mm by creating negative vaccum pressure, removing the dust by using revovling brush and air whipping tools to stir movement of settled dust and refixing the air vents, complete all as specified and directed, Dismantling of compressor motor of 75 HP three phase squirrel cage induction type after carefully disconnecting the electrical connections, lifting and transporting to workshop, cleaning and greasing of motor shaft and bearings including replacment of worn out seal & gasket, reassembling and transporting back to the site and refixing at original location incl complete connections and testing complete all as specified and directed, S&F in replacement Swing motor for split type AC of capacity upto 2.0 ton as per existing make, complete all as specified and directed, M&L for GI tubing (ISI Marked) for medium grade 20mm bore for cooling tower fixed on wall complete including all the necessary fittings to hold the pipe along the wall like hook, bolts etc incl taking down old unsv GI tubing any type complete all as specified and directed, S&F in replacement of UNSV Remote control with two AAA battery for split type AC of capacity 1.5 ton/ 2 ton suitable for make of LG/ Carrier/ Sidwal/ Whirlpool as per existing complete all as specified and directed, Cleaning of AHU of AC plant of size upto 10 Ton by removing the dust with chemical washing the fins, copper coil, fire damper blades using pressure jet, opening of AHU fan including pully and belt, cleaning fan blades, greasing of fan shaft and bearing, reassembling fan blades, shaft, pully and belt complete all as specified and directed, S&F in replacement condensing fan of window type AC of capacity 1.5/2 ton as per existing fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed, Taking down defective indoor Unit for Split AC 1.5 / 2 Ton and replacing the same with new for existing make of AC complete all as specified and directed, M&L for replacement of compressor oil (servo) for AC plant, complete all as specified and directed, Supply & Charging Refrigerant R -134A complete one time for top up or making full qty as per pressure requirment of plant and testing for any leakage and rectifying the same all as specified and directed, S&F in replacement of unsv condensing coil for window type AC of capacity upto 2 Ton including gas charging, complete all as specified and directed, S&F in replacement 3 phase digital type ammeter with in built selector switch, LED display, accuracy class 1.0, flush mounting on LT Panel complete all as specified and directed, Taking down condensor fan motor of window/split type AC of capacity upto 2 Ton, removing the burnt motor winding wire of any type, rewding the motor with super enamalled copper wire of appropriate gauge including varnishing, replacement of bearing housing and bearings, greasing of shaft, reassembling and refixing including making all the connections and testing complete all as specified and directed, Supply & Instalation , commosioning,testing microprocessor-based control panel for the 50 Ton AC Plant Make (voltas). with automates the operation of the compressor, condenser fans, AHU, pumps, and monitors temperature, pressure, and alarms.
