Tenders are invited for Supply and implementation of new sweet modes counts as part of the Rouen metropolitan cycle network
This contract aims to develop the soft modes council park by other devices, on new counting points. The counting systems proposed should allow you to know the evolution of the practice of soft modes on the sites selected over the hours, days, weeks, months and years. The equipment must cover all the existing cycle arrangements (track, band, greenway, bicycle bus corridor, mixed pedestrian/bike path, etc.). The sites being the subject of the installation of millage systems for soft modes will be defined in each order form issued.
