Tenders Are Invited for Delivery of a Medium Supply Car on a 4x4 Chassis with a 4x4 Drive
1. the Subject of the Order is the Delivery of a Brand New Average Quartermaster Car with 4x4 Off -road Drive and Equipped (in Particular) with Communication Systems, I.e
Description : 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new medium-sized quartermaster vehicle with 4x4 off-road drive and equipped (in particular) with communication systems, i.e.: a) mobile TETRA terminal - 1 pc., b) handheld TETRA terminal - 1 pc., c) mobile DMR radiotelephone - 1 pc., d) handheld DMR radiotelephone - 1 pc., e) tablet - 1 pc. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the Technical Specifications "DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER - technical requirements for a quartermaster vehicle with 4x4 off-road drive" and Appendix No. 2 to the Technical Specifications "DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER - technical requirements for communication". 3. When calculating the price for the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to take into account all costs related to the execution of the order in accordance with the Technical Specifications, including its annexes containing the description of the subject of the order, until the subject of the order is accepted by the Ordering Party without any reservations. 4. The equipment delivered under all orders must be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2025, unused and not displayed at exhibitions or trade fairs, technically efficient, safe, compliant with applicable norms and quality standards, complete and ready for use, and must meet the minimum technical, functional and quality requirements specified in Annexes 1 and 2 to the Technical Specifications. 5. In the case of using references to standards, European Technical Assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law in the description of the subject matter of the order, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. When analyzing the description of the subject matter of the order, the Contractor should assume that each reference referred to in art. 101 sec. 1 item 2 and sec. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the word "or equivalent" is used in the description of the subject of the contract. 6. If proper names or trademarks are used in the description of the subject of the contract, this means that they are given as examples and define only the minimum expected quality parameters and the required standard. The Contractor may use equivalent materials or devices, but with similar or better technical and quality parameters, the use of which will in no way negatively affect the proper functioning of the solutions adopted in the description of the subject of the contract. The Contractor who uses equivalent devices or materials will be obliged to demonstrate during the execution of the contract that the devices and materials used meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. 7. If the Contractor fails to indicate specific values ??or parameters in the Technical Parameters Form, Appendix No. 9 to the Technical Specifications, the Ordering Party will assume that the Contractor offers minimum parameters or values, and if the Ordering Party has specified a minimum level, then at the minimum level required by the Ordering Party. 8. Requirements for the Contractor related to the execution of the contract:a) The Contractor is responsible for the quality and compliance with the technical and quality conditions described for the subject of the contract; b) Due diligence is required in the performance of obligations arising from the public procurement contract; c) The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the ESPD the parts of the contract whose execution will be entrusted to subcontractors.
