1. SOURCE OF FUNDS
The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services it provides to its beneficiary partner countries, is providing financing for this acquisition, within the framework of the Construction of the Viaduct and Widening of Highway CA01W (Los Chorros Section).
2. EXECUTING AND CONTRACTING AGENCY OF THE PROCESS
2.1 The Executing Agency for this process is: Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MOPT).
2.2 The Executing Agency is responsible for this acquisition process, for which it appoints the Executive Committee of the process and invites the submission of proposals for the required contracting.
2.3 The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration established in the Policy for the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services and Consulting Services with CABEI Resources and its Application Rules , which can be found on the following website at the following address: https://www.bcie.org .
