Tenders Are Invited for Social Media Monitoring and Surveillance Services
The Southern Province is launching an open call for tenders for social media monitoring and surveillance services.
The tender documents are available free of charge online to candidates at www.marchespublics.nc.
Candidates are invited to register on the platform to receive any changes made to the tender documents.
Tenders must be submitted against a receipt to the reception desk of the Southern Province Administrative Center at 6 Route des Artifices, Nouméa, or sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to BP L1, 98849 Nouméa Cedex, or submitted electronically as specified in the RPAO, no later than 4:00 p.m. on October 6, 2025.
Tenderers are advised to strictly comply with the clauses contained in the special tender regulations attached to the tender documents. The weighted criteria mentioned in Article 5.4.2 of the special regulations for the call for tenders will be taken into account in the evaluation of bids.
Bidders remain bound by their bids for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the bid submission deadline.
The Southern Province reserves the right to decline or only partially respond to this call for tenders.
