Tenders Are Invited for Recruitment of a Consultant for the Accounting and Financial Audit of the Project for the Years 2025, 2026 and 2027
the Objective of This Mission is to Assist the Project Management Unit To:
obtaining Reasonable Insurance That the Financial Statements Taken as a Whole Do Not Have Significant Anomalies That They Are Due to Fraud Or Error;obtain An Opinion to Establish Whether the Financial Statements Have Been Prepared, in All Their Significant Aspects, in Accordance with the Applicable Financial Information Repository;
obtaining Reasonable Insurance That the Project Books of the Project Constitute the Basis of the Preparation of the Project Financial Statements (efp) By the Program Coordination Unit and Are Established to Reflect the Financial Operations of the Project and That the Program Coordinating the Program Has Established Adequate Internal Checks While Maintaining Supporting Documents for All Operations.
express An Independent Professional Opinion on the Financial Situation of the Project, Verify That the Project Funds Were Used for the Purposes Provided and in Accordance with the Provisions of the Loan/donation Agreement;
obtain Reasonable Insurance Concerning the Achievement of Project Objectives By Ensuring That the Physical Achievements of the Project Correspond to the Disburse Funds and the Calendar of Funds;the Technical Report of the Project Provides Enough Information and Data to Allow Users to Fully Assess the Projects Achievements;and
report the Financial Statements and Communicate Your Own Conclusions as Required By Audit Standards.
