The tender is for organizing a laser light program during the Dussehra festival. The contractor must provide a certificate of two years of experience in conducting laser shows and light programs. The rates submitted will be valid only for the Dussehra festival. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject the lowest bid. The contractor will be responsible for any accidents or damages during the event, and arrangements for food and drink for accompanying persons must be made by the contractor. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Gulabpura municipality. The accepted contractor must sign a contract on a stamp paper as per the municipality''''s terms. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the tender at any time without any reason. In case of identical bids from multiple bidders, the lowest bidder will be determined based on merit by the evaluation committee, and this decision will be binding on the bidders.
