Tenders are invited for Construction of works of the new habitat (urbanization, 236 homes and treatment plant), transfer and moving of beneficiaries, demolition of evicted homes, referring to the pilot of resilient housing and urban infrastructure project for the benefit of the community of Barrio Azul, municipality San Francisco de Macorís, Duarte Province (Proresiliencia).
The scope of the works correspond to the construction of works of the new habitat (urbanization, 236 homes and treatment plant), transfer and move of the beneficiary, demolition of housing evicted in Barrio Azul, and any other activity included in the list of quantities and the documents associated with executive design, plans, memories, specifications, among others. All of them as part of the resilient housing and urban infrastructure housing project for the benefit of the Barrio Azul, San Francisco de Macorís municipality, Duarte province (pro-resilience), taking care of the highest quality standards and following national and international regulations to obtain optimal results in each of the construction stages.
