Expression of Interest:the Government of Uzbekistan, Through Joint Stock Company Issiqlikta’minot (heat Supply), the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services (mchcs) and the Ministry of Economy and Finance (moef), Together, the Government, Desire to Increase Private Sector Investment and Participation in the Urban Infrastructure Sector Generally, and in the District Heating Services in the Cities of Bukhara and Jizzakh in Particular Through the Implementation of the District Heating Projects in the Form of Public- Private Partnerships (ppps) and Other Similar Modes with Direct Involvement of a Private Sector.
the Financial Specialist (the Consultant) Will Act as a Financial Advisor for Adb’s Transaction Advisory Service (tas) Team. the Consultant Will Primarily Assist Adb in Auditing, Development and Refinement of Financial Models for the Project. Based on the Performance of the Initial Activities and Project Needs, the Contract May Be Extended to Cover the Project Preparation and Tender Support Activities Until Financial Close.
