Tenders Are Invited for Recruitment of An Individual Consultant in Charge of the Annual Audit of the Procurement of the Steps of the Years 2024, 2025 and the Closing of the Project
the Objective of This Audit Mission Is:
check the Compliance and Execution of Market and Contract Management Procedures with Regard to the Provisions of the Financing Agreement (af) and as They Appear in the Last Approved Markets Plan;
check the Physical and Technical Compliance of Achievements in Relation to the Disbursement Rate; And
examine the Capacity of the Execution Body (oo) to Fulfill Its Fiduciary Mandate.
