the Consultancy Aims to Support the Government of Uzbekistan and Unicef in Advancing Inclusive and Evidence-based Local Governance.
the Focus is on Improving the Generation, Analysis, and Use of Disaggregated Data on Children, Adolescents, Youth, and Their Families.
the Assignment Will Cover 12 Pilot Districts and Cities Across Four Regions of Uzbekistan.
it Will Strengthen Local Government Capacities for Integrating Equity-sensitive Evidence Into Planning, Budgeting, and Service Delivery.
the Work Will Align with Unicef’s Strategic Frameworks and Global Guidance on Child Rights Monitoring, Data for Children, and Local Governance.
it Will Also Support Broader Systems-strengthening Efforts Under the Un Joint Programme, Including Institutional Analyses and Functional Reviews.
technical and Financial Proposals Must Be Submitted in Separate Emails.
